Kiera and Pater go on their first date the Sundance Film Festival

A few weeks later, Kiera decides to join Pater and some friends on a last minute trip to California

The following months consisted of more dates and time spent together

After the end of busy winter semesters at BYU, Kiera and Pater spent as much time as possible together over the summer

Pater proposes to Kiera in the Sundance Screening Room, where they had their first date

She says YES!

Kiera was under the impression that the she would be joining the Runia's for family photos that evening

After spending Christmas with her family, Kiera joined the Runia's in Sydney, Australia for New Years

Pater lived in Sydney toward the end of High School while his parents served as mission leaders for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2018-2021

While taking Engagement Photos, Kiera and Pater were able to reflect on the love and immense happiness they have felt from each other. We can't wait to share that happiness and love with you on May 11th!
